This is a great park with wonderful trails and both forested and meadow areas. It's generally peaceful, quiet, and well maintained. Be aware however that after heavy rains certain parts of the trails can get quite muddy or even flood as parts of the park are wetlands. The trails are well marked and follow loops, making it pretty easy to navigate even on your first visit. While not my thing, the trails and terrain are quite suitable for dog walking and for jogging.
