One of my favorites bike trail. Very nice and easy. You have a large parking lot at the trail head if you start from there. There is few sections that are in the wood and wonderful during summer. Arriving at North Baltimore there is a very convenient set of toilets. The trail is oriented north / south so very nice to do even on windy days when the wind is east or west. low impact on your ride and in addition some sections are protected from such wind.

It can be a littered with sticks at times but it is scenic. A great place to get in shape.
