Got my flu shot and everyone there was helpful and happy.
Stephen Cox and his nurse Betty are excellent. Unfortunately the physicians are not. Eventually found out I was having gallbladder attacks. The doctor apparently forgot that the gallbladder is an organ and is located where I was having pain. Saw a nurse practitioner down in Dayton over the summer and she diagnosed it. My gallbladder was at 0% functionality.
I've only had good experiences here. Great staff! Short waits and always leave with the help I need to feel better quickly.
For psychiatry, definitely see Stephen Cox. He is absolutely the best psychiatrist I have seen, and I've seen several throughout my life. For anything else, go to promedica.
We have had nothing but positive experiences at Falcon! Wait times have been typical for an Urgent Care setting. Check in and check out have also been as expected. What sets Falcon apart is their commitment to caring for patients! That is the real benefit to BG. Thank you!!
I came there at 4:32 and saw on the door they close at 5, but the doors were locked! So I called to check if the times were posted wrong, I was told they closed the doors early due the “overly large amount of people waiting”. When I looked in the ALL GLASS WAITING ROOM THAT YOU YOU CLEARLY SEE FRON THE ROAD there were 2 people in the waiting room!!! I asked her if it was typical for them to close earlier than the time posted and she said “yes when there are this many people waiting “ there were seriously 2 people!! 2 people!!! I won’t go back!!
