Nurse very non-responsive and unhelpful. They seem lazy and have this I dont care attitude. Talking to them on the phone is basically useless. I know I am talking to someone, but I cant figure out if there is a brain there.
The staff is wonderful and have been very helpful. Glad that we moved my mother to this facility.
