Great customer service from the really cute employee Christian. He made the hassle of trading phone services bearable. He was quick and efficient. The only place I'll go to now!
Not a big fan of sprint
Overall okay service and place. Depends greatly on who is working and who isn't. I've met some really cool people here who always greet me with a calm, cool feeling in the air, but sometimes they're not there and it's a much stiffer situation. They've got all the most important phones. Even the Essential Phone. You'll find what you're looking for as long as it's a big brand and one of the flagships, you'll be able to take it home that day... Otherwise, phones have to be ordered and can take a while, mostly due to the smaller size of the store. Warning: have your account information ready if you plan on doing anything.
My experience was above and beyond. Im not sure who the manager is there, but his employee Brookelyn was professional, extremely nice and informative. Shes more than capable of running that place herself. I was hesitant posting a review because for the life of me i can't remember her last name, but if you come across her I'm sure you wont be disappointed. Thank you
The employees were hard to understand (talking in circles and not really answering a lot of our questions) and did not have a great understanding of how some things worked, even giving us completely wrong information that was later brought up by email by the company. They were friendly but not very knowledgeable. The music played in store was a bit too loud, making it harder to understand them. Also, the visit when we officially changed our plan and phones, for me, seemed to take longer than it really had to.
