I have always been happy with my experience at the iOutlet. The prices are more reasonable than other stores in the area and they usually have deals going on to help you. The techs are friendly and not condescending if you don't know a lot about computers or phones. :)

Hands down the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff out there. We're kind to my (nosy and intrigued!) little one and I and didn't sweat her wanting to look and feel every item. Fixed my bugged out phone overnight and for a great price. I wouldn't have to pay if it wasn't able to be repaired despite the time and effort of trying, which was a great bonus had it or worked out. Good selection of in store electronics and accessories, too. Highly recommend and if I ever have technical issues again, I'm not wasting my breath at Verizon, I'm heading to iOutlet!
I cannot say enough about iOutlet. They have never failed to correct a problem with either of my Apple products or to explain to me something I did not understand about my product. Had one misunderstanding the last time I was in for an upgrade, but that was readily rectified. We have been using them for over three years and hope they never leave the Bowling Green. A few months later: I returned to iOutlet for some advice on linking my three devices last week and had the same great service! In and out of the store within 20 minutes.
