Very accommodating and knew everything so thoroughly that we were able to quickly find an excellent home.
They work with landlords who apparently do not check documents. We are being charged for a new floor, after moving out, and that floor that is being replaced was damaged when we moved into the apartment, and the owner knew this. We filled out a document stating what all was wrong in the apartment when we first moved in, and that was in that document with the many other issues. GoodHart is the owner of our apartment, while we rent through Newlove Rentals. We can never get ahold of the owners, and Newlove will not even give us their number, have tried several times. Very disappointed and we will be escalating this if we don't get a reply about this.

Office staff is great. However avoid 843 Sixth Street the owner is a slum lord.
I was resident at Newlove Management for three years and that was only because they are one of the only places in B.G. that are pet friendly. But, during those three years I was given nothing but bad customer service , poor maintenance and unkempt houses. Since being a resident for three years , they never knew our names and frequently mixed our records saying we didn't pay rent -- when we did and that we illegally had our dog-- when we didn't; we even had given them a photo of her and her records. Your house also must only be one fire or be flooding for them to fix anything. It once took me three phone call and three emails for them to fix our heat in the middle of winter. Lastly, since they are so pet friendly , be aware that whatever animal lived in the house before you, their smell and stains will be there waiting for you when it is time for you to move in. They also don't have professional cleaners , so stock up on cleaning supplies during your moving preparations. I'm pretty sure the cleaners are just the previous tenants, so cross your fingers that they were clean people. I am sure someone in the fifty years they have been in business has had an enjoyable time being their tenant - but unfortunately, I was not one them and I wish you the best of luck if you are a future one.
