Nice customer service
We recently had the pleasure of working with Dennis, Tracy and their crew on moving all of our belongings - furniture, clothing, and many boxes - to a new home. We have done such "whole house" moves about a dozen times in the past, involving five national moving companies, which provides us with a good perspective and basis for comparison.
Toledo movers crew was awesome. They showed up ready to move with coffee for my team. Dylan and Dennis accomplished the job well under the quoted time....saving me money. Thanks guys!
Suffice it to say that we had not previously experienced a move which even remotely compared to the caring and professional treatment we received from the Toledo/Bowling Green based YouMoveMe team. Not only were they prompt, courteous, and careful, but their entire moving team demonstrated the same attributes as the general management. Dennis and Tracy participated in and closely supervised the entire move on both ends, and took the time to make sure that all of our expectations were met or exceeded.
This is the third big move my family has made. Packing/unpacking with a toddler is near impossible. We had 3 pods delivered to our new house. The crew was the most professional and efficient that we have used to date. The team of four had everything unloaded in less than four hours. I highly recommend You Move Me Toledo and their staff. I definitely recommend You Move Me Toledo to everyone. Dylan and Dennis called ahead of time to confirm we were ready, arrived right on time, were very respectful and personable, and got everything packed and unpacked in a timely manner. I can tell that they are very dedicated to the company and are big on customer service. I learned that they weren't orginally scheduled to do my move but did not complain once about having to be there. Also, tips are welcome which is something we didn't realize until they had left!
Our previous experiences with major moves resulted, to varying degrees, in minor frustrations to major problems, and usually with a higher price than we expected. Not the case with YouMoveMe - the price was the lowest of any of the other companies we received estimates from, and they stuck to it. The integrity of Dennis and his commitment to total customer satisfaction has made this a totally positive experience. Before the move, when we expressed our concerns to Tracy based on negative past experience, she assured us their goal was to take the stress out of the move - and they really proved it.
