Very efficient and swift. Courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. Other key shop in BG was neither available nor EVER returned my call. The Brass Key worked with me well and did it with finess. Already recommended this place for many friends. The door bell thing was strange, but not really a big deal.
Very OVERPRICED paid $4.50 ea. for keys being made. Will not go back, unless they are the only ones who can make my key. Otherwise I will go elsewhere. Total rip off I could have gotten a master lock and two keys made for this much.
Went in to get a key remade due to the dealership miss cutting the key were it started my car but would not lock/unlock the door. The guy who owens the store was able to re cut the key and unlock my locking gas cap. When I went the store was marked as closed but the owner was willing to still help me out. Excellent service
The locksmith wasn't even in town and wouldn't have been for a couple hours when I needed their services. But BG lock & key was there in a couple minutes! Go through BG lock & key first.
