Horrible experience. I usually use Hancock County Veterans Services, but for one specific thing I had to go here, and I truly regret it. I needed financial assistance for one of my utilities, as much as it pained to even ask for help with this, I did. The lady I dealt with made me feel unwelcome. I had an appointment for the next day, I canceled the appointment, rather than be made to feel bad about myself and situation, more than I already had. I'll keep making the drive to Findlay than come back here again. I'd rather go without than deal with this place.
