I am highly upset. I went in for a cut and color. My color turned out well, my haircut is HORRIBLE!!! I went in with hair down to the middle of my back, asked for a cute cut to where it still was below my shoulders, needless to say the cut was way shorter than I asked. I have hair that is well above my shoulders that I can't even put into a ponytail. I definitely will NOT be going back.
I go to the Bowling Green store and Taylor is the best!!!!!!!!
Tonya is the best!!! She has NEVER steered me wrong!!! She has cut & colored my hair several times as well as my mom's! she has also cut my teenage twin daughters hair & has done updos for my daughters homcoming! Both were highly complimented on their hair done by Tonya!! I'm VERY picky on who does my hair but Tonya I give two thumbs up!!!!
