Do not hire this company to do any work for you. We signed a contract back in August 2016 to have them do a couple small projects in our house. Seven months later nothing has been started and they will not give us our money back. Mr. Howard's review is completely accurate. Their 5 star ratings are obviously fake and they are just trying to get their ratings up. It's odd that the only places these "customers" have reviewed are both locations of Dynasty. Maybe if they would actually perform the work agreed upon they wouldn't have to create fake reviews of their company. We have never spoken to the owner of this company as he is always "not available". By the looks of the BBB and Attorney General complaints he is certainly not busy working on projects.
I'm sure they will just respond with their usual "Not a customer, spam" line.
When I moved into my new house after a few days I saw the roof leaking. We’ve had so much rain lately but of course not when I looked at buying the house or had it inspected. Spending so much on this new house it was more than a disappointment to see it. I was extremely mad and didn’t know who to call or when they’d be able to schedule an appointment, like any other person I googled roofing contractors and found Dynasty Remodeling LLC on the first page of google with a lot more five star reviews than any other company. I called them and told them about my problem and asked them for an estimate. At first I thought that they wont get the estimate to me as quick as I obviously needed it. I called two other companies just to be sure and get other bids, both never called back (until after I already got the estimate back from Dynasty Remodeling). Dynasty called back and set it up for the next day. The next day their team was at my door step and in just 2 days my roof leak problem was solved completely. Price was a bit high but.
This time I had a short timeframe to paint my house. They were honest about details, expectations and very clear if anything would increase costs. Their price is reasonable and the team did such a fabulous job. Clean lines and attention to detail. I've never been happier. Highly recommend this company.
Dynasty Remodeling is. AWESOME!!!! These people are truly amazing I needed my home and garage roof to be replaced, I visited their showroom to pick out my shingle color, which was pretty cool. They came over and did a fantastic job, very fast and clean guys. All of the crew showed up on time on the date that was promised, worked quickly and until dark through the whole 2 day process and and the crew worked on my roof it was pretty hot. The cost was very reasonable, roofs are expensive enough. They did a perfect job, I've had no leaks and no issues with shingles blowing off or anything and it's been like over 5 years. If you are on the fence, let me reassure you - Dynasty Remodeling is much more than a roofing company - they are a peace of mind factory! You'll thank yourself for picking Dynasty Remodeling year, after year, after year! We've been using them ever since.
