To a reasonable amount thanks
Reduced my fine from highest ticket some1 could ever get
Very friendly judges, prosecutors and office staff
From public defenders showing up to court late, stereotypically fumbling coffee and paperwork through the door as if it's some kind of bad soap opera, to the judges having their ruling before you even show up to defend yourself and probation officers only being in their office occasionally, seemingly when it's convenient for them, BGMC has it all. It's more comical than anything to experience first-hand but it kind of makes you wonder what they're all getting paid for, if not to do their job properly. Overall, if you've experienced Bowling Green's crime and punishment system, along with the local economy, it's more or less a small-scale money-grab with a little bit of social reform mixed in. (Bring in students and Toledoans, get them good and drunk, arrest them and take their money.)
Blatantly overcharged me for a speeding ticket and lied to me about it. At least they sent me a letter in the mail later telling me they did.
Arrived almost closing but they served me well
I have had no issues here. They were fair and listened
A fair and compassionate Court and staff. Nice people to work with in sometimes trying situations.
Taxation is theft, and government is legalised extortion.
