The service department at Thayer Ford were very nice & helpful. I was TRAVELING to Dayton, Ohio on Thurs. 12/7 - Fri. 12/8 when my tire warning came on , the problem was my tire stem was cracked. I want to say a special THANKS to Mr. RICK THOMPSON & the Service Team for helping me get back on the road back home to Oak Park, MI.

Took my truck here because I was having trouble with my transmission and my air conditioning. Had an appointment that I made for 9am. After hurrying to get my truck there I hadn't heard from them so I called around 3:40 that day and they had not even taken my truck in yet after having it for over 6hrs. When I finally was able to get my truck they couldn't resolve the issue with the truck and never even looked at my air conditioning. They said they would have their transmission mechanic call me the next day to explain the situation with my truck but I never received a call either. Have had several issues with the past as well with explanation of work and costs.
